Welcome to EasyFlow Pets. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Ordering & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify's secure gateway. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) with a full refund.

2. Shipping

Orders ship from our partner in China with typical delivery of 15–25 business days to Australia. Free standard shipping on orders over $50 AUD. Full details on our Shipping page.

3. Product Information

We do our best to describe our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. Product images are indicative.

4. Warranty & Returns

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns Policy for details on our 60-Day Tail-Wag Promise.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, copy) on this site is the property of EasyFlow Pets and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyFlow Pets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
