We ship directly from our production partner in China rather than holding stock in an Australian warehouse. That keeps the price down and quality up — but it does add transit time versus a locally-stocked product.

Is my order tracked the whole way?

Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email once dispatched, covering the international leg and the Australia Post handover.

Do I pay customs or import fees?

No. We cover all duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

What if my parcel is late or lost?
