🐾 The 60-Day Tail-Wag Promise

If your dog isn't wagging their tail, we'll make it right. You've got a full 60 days from delivery to try our gear risk-free.

Eligible for return

  • Product must be within 60 days of delivery.
  • In original condition (lightly used is OK — we know dogs are dogs).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

How to request a return

  1. Email contact@easyflowpets.com.au with your order number and a short note on what happened.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the item (or you send proof), we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping. For faulty items, we cover it.
